Privacy policy

What this website does with your information. It is written from the site's own code, so it describes what actually happens, not what a template says might.

Effective October 26, 2026. Last updated October 26, 2026.

The short version

One Panel Studio is a web design and development studio in Miami, Florida. In this policy “we” and “us” means One Panel Studio, and “this site” means onepanel.studio.

  • The only personal information we ask for is what you type into Book a call: your name and email, and if you choose, your company and a note about what you need.
  • We use Google Analytics to count visits. It is on unless you turn it off, and turning it off is one button on the cookie notice.
  • No advertising pixel runs on this site.
  • We do not sell your personal information.

When you book a call

Book a call asks for your name and email address, and lets you add your company and a note about what you need. When you confirm, those details and the time you picked go to our server, which checks the time is still free and then creates a 30 minute intro call on our Google Calendar with a Google Meet link.

The calendar event holds everything you typed, so it is in front of us when we talk. You are added to it as a guest, which is how Google emails you the invitation. That invitation is the only email the booking sends.

We do not record or transcribe intro calls, and no note-taking tool joins them.

This website keeps no copy of its own: there is no database behind it, and nothing you submit is passed to a mailing list or a sales tool. The calendar event is the record. Our server's log of a booking notes the event and its time, not your name, email or note.

To stop one person or one script booking over and over, our server briefly remembers the network address (IP address) a booking came from. It is held in memory for up to an hour, is never written anywhere, and is gone whenever the server restarts.

If you email us instead, we have whatever you put in that email.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages get read, roughly where in the world visitors come from, what kind of device they use, and whether someone booked a call. When a booking goes through, the site tells Google Analytics that a call was booked. It does not send your name, your email or anything you typed. Google receives your IP address with each request, which is how it estimates location, and we do not use Analytics to work out who you are.

Analytics is on by default. The cookie notice on your first visit lets you turn it off, and you can change your mind any time from the link at the bottom of every page, or here:

Turning it off stops it straight away and clears the analytics cookies already on your device. On later visits Google's analytics script is not downloaded at all.

Google Analytics sets two cookies, _ga and one starting _ga_, so it can tell a returning visitor from a new one. On Google's default settings they last up to two years, unless you clear them or turn analytics off.

No advertising pixel runs on this site, so nothing about your visit is sent to Facebook, Instagram or any other ad platform.

What stays on your device

The cookie notice saves your choice in your browser's local storage, under onepanel:cookie-consent, so it does not ask again on every visit. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Apart from that choice and the analytics cookies described above, this site stores nothing on your device. Our typefaces are served from this site rather than from Google Fonts, so opening a page here does not tell Google that you did. Booking a call works with cookies blocked.

Who else handles it

We rely on a few companies to run this site. They handle your information for us, for that purpose.

  • Google: your booking is written to our Google Calendar, the invitation comes from Google Calendar, the call takes place on Google Meet, and email to mauricio@onepanel.studio lands in a Google mailbox. Google Analytics also receives the usage data described above, unless you turn it off.
  • Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes the technical details of each visit (your IP address, your browser, the page asked for and when) to deliver the site and keep it safe, and keeps server logs for a limited time.

Links on this site to our clients' websites and to our Instagram take you somewhere else, under that site's own privacy policy.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, for example in answer to a valid legal request.

How long we keep it

A booking stays on our calendar as the record of the call. Nothing on this website deletes it automatically, and if you would like it removed, ask and we will delete it.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email mauricio@onepanel.studio with the address you booked with, roughly when you booked, and what you would like us to do.

Depending on where you live, your state or country's privacy law may give you further rights. Ask, and we will honour them where they apply.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has booked a call, email mauricio@onepanel.studio and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When what this site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. If we add something new, for example an advertising pixel, the cookie notice asks everyone again rather than counting an earlier answer as a yes.
